I have now worked with the Property Care Association for nearly four years and in that time have built a trusted relationship with them. This started by me using my wide knowledge of CRM and accreditations for both Microsoft Dynamics and ZOHO which meant I could take an objective view of the best solution for them.
This was a complex ZOHO One implementation which involved close integration with their web site, and a high degree of automation using work flow. Mostly this was completed using the native tools available. But where necessary I partnered with specialists. I am never afraid to do this where it could add value to my clients.
