If your business has a Purpose it should count.
You and your senior team may have spent time and effort thinking about Purpose and even coming up with a very inspiring Purpose Statement full of aspirations about what you want your business to be about. But after all that effort does it count for anything when you get back to the day job or stay safely on the walls of reception and in your marketing literature?
